How fresh are your leads?

Your leads are delivered to you in real time. You are notified by email as soon as the form is completed on the website.  

How do you generate your leads?

All prospects fill out an in depth on line form with complete details about their current weight loss goals and some past history of the programs they have attempted.

 

How soon will I receive my leads?

Orders received prior to Friday 3pm (PST) will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3pm Friday, or on weekends, will be processed by Monday 1pm (PST).  Fulfillment generally ranges from 1 to 10 days.

Are these leads exclusive?

Nationwide leads are exclusive to you for a minimum of 7 days.  Area Code Targeted Local Leads are sold on a semi-exclusive basis.

What should I say when I call these people?

What forms of payment do your accept?

For online orders we accept Visa and MasterCard. 

If you would prefer to order by mail we accept Visa,  MasterCard, Money orders and Cashiers Checks. Please refer to the contact us page for our complete mailing address. 

What about replacements for leads with disconnected numbers or people who did not request info?

For your convenience, we deliver an additional 10% with each order to cover any potential invalid leads and/or disconnected numbers.

Is this a recurring shipment?

For your convenience, Leads are sold on an automatic renewal basis. Once your order has 5 or less leads remaining, your account will be automatically renewed. Your revolving account can be cancelled at any time through your Real-Time Leads Administration Panel.
